LOCATION
I teach from my home studio at 617 Vanderbilt Avenue. It's equipped with everything for lessons - a piano, keyboard, music stand, mics, etc. I also work with a number of students from around the world over Zoom. Please let me know if you are interested in remote lessons.
RATES
My rates are on a sliding scale, and as follows:
1 hour - $110-125
45 mins - $90-100
30 mins - $65-75
*I offer a couple of financial aid scholarships every semester, which allows for a further reduced lesson fee. Please let me know if you’d like to learn more about this.
PAYMENT METHODS
In terms of payment for weekly lessons, there's two options.
Option 1: Pay-up-front for a bundle of lessons for the entire fall semester.
This would be 16 weekly lessons. Should a student need to reschedule a lesson, they can do so at any time so long as it’s at least 24 hours advance notice. If there are any weeks you would need to miss, we would simply rollover the lesson into the following week.
Option 2: Paying monthly.
For this option, I send a monthly invoice via email one week prior to the start of the month. The invoice will include all the weekly lesson dates for that month. In the event that a student will need to miss any of these lessons, they can let me know. We could schedule a makeup lesson(s) or omit the lesson(s) from that month's payment, in which case I'd send you a new invoice with those changes reflected.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- I can accept payment in check, cash, Zelle, Venmo or Paypal.
- Once lessons are paid for, there are no refunds.
- I maintain a 24-hour notice cancellation policy. I ask for payment-in-full for any no-shows or cancellations made less than 24-hours in advance of the lesson start time.
